RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's client, a well-established CPA firm located in the Worcester, MA area is in search of a Tax Manager. The company offers a strong career trajectory, and a chance to work with some extremely dedicated people in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Tax Manager will provide proactive tax planning and advice


• Planning and review of income tax returns for business entities (e.g., Corporations, S Corporations, LLCs, PCs, and Not-for-profit organizations)


• Estate, gift, trust, and individual tax planning


• As a Tax Manager, you will review of estate, gift, fiduciary, charitable foundation, and individual income tax returns


• Provide support and training to professional staff

REQUIREMENTS:

• BS in Accounting


• CPA with 7+ years of public accounting experience


• Ability to enhance client relationships by providing exceptional service


• Ability to review documents and perform in-depth tax research


• JD, LLM or Master's in Taxation a plus


• ProFx experience a plus


• International tax experience a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
