RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager in Boca Raton, FL.

Responsibilities:


  • Project Manager will manage the delivery of a complexed funded business case budget, feature workstreams, in parallel with other project work allocation

  • Identify, make recommendations for improvement to existing processes, implement, and enforce best delivery practice within the agreed framework

  • Manage all phases of the project through the Product Development process

  • Enforce the capturing of productivity metrics, raise and address gaps, early escalation, and effective reporting of progress and accomplishments

  • Define key performance parameters and create regular variance reports to track progress

  • Ensure effective communication plan with roles and responsibilities, managing resources in multiple time zones

  • Negotiate with Engineering Resource Managers for project resources in multiple time zones

  • As a Project Manager, you will maintain compliance with corporate and financial regulations

  • Perform data analysis relevant to project tasks

  • Request resource demand and review resource allocation for projects

  • Maintain ownership of and accountability for the project schedule







REQUIREMENTS:



  • Project Certification (APMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, etc.) required

  • 10+ years of IT Project Delivery experience in Cloud environments

  • Experience with using Jira and Confluence

  • Project leadership experience

  • Experience working with a broad range of organizations, from start-up to global enterprise

  • Experience working within a regulated industry, ideally Financial Services or Betting and Gaming

  • Background in IT Cloud industry as a software development project manager, IT program/project manager, agile software manager or scrum master

  • Knowledge of the software development life cycle

  • Agile knowledge required, particularly experience of SCRUM and scaled delivery (i.e. SAFe, SCRUM@Scale, LeSS, etc.)

  • Experience using MS Office and Jira

  • Experience coordinating team workflow in a very fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Experience partnering with other project stakeholders to resolve issues and to mitigate project impacts

  • Experience delivering on projects of various size and duration

  • Highly adaptable to rapidly changing priorities within the organization

  • Strong professionalism and interpersonal skills

  • Motivate or inspire others to aim for higher levels of achievement

  • Adopt new ways of doing things in pursuit of adding value to customers and the team

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
