Job Description:


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Melbourne, FL that is seeking an IT Helpdesk. We are seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Support Clerk to join our team. This role is a temporary assignment, providing essential remote and in-person support of our team.

Key Responsibilities:


  • IT Helpdesk will provide customer service and support in both English and Spanish

  • Respond to support requests via phone, email, instant message, and in-person in both languages

  • Assist our user base with logging into our HRIS system via computer or mobile device

  • As an IT Helpdesk, you will assist in data entry, data validation and data correction

  • Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow efficiency







REQUIREMENTS:



  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written); French Creole a plus

  • Strong computer proficiency, including the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Specifically Outlook, Teams, Excel) and data management software

  • Strong mobile device proficiency with the ability to navigate the web, download, install, and access apps on both Android and Apple devices

  • Great attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Reliable transportation with the ability to travel, if needed; This is likely a remote only role but we'd like to understand what our options are for having the contractor travel






The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
