As an Applications Developer, you will play a critical role in enhancing our ERP system and ensuring seamless integration with our existing applications. Your expertise in Oracle technologies will be essential in developing, customizing, and maintaining JDE E1 and Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
Design, develop, and implement solutions using JDE E1 and Oracle Orchestrator to meet business requirements.
Create and modify reports using One View Reporting, BI Publisher, and other reporting tools.
Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
Maintain code repository and revisions
Design, develop, and implement solutions using Oracle Fusion Cloud to meet business requirements.
Document development project plans and requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for system enhancements.
Develop and maintain PHP applications for integrations and custom functionalities within the JDE E1 environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to JDE E1, Oracle Fusion Cloud, and related integrations.
Optimize system performance and ensure data integrity within JDE E1 and other applications.
Conduct testing and validation of new developments and system upgrades.
Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
Stay updated on industry trends and Oracle best practices to recommend improvements.
Maintain and assure confidentiality of data.
Maintain and assure compliance with all IT policies and procedures.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Ability to provide support during non-business hours or outages as needed.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE E1) development and customization.
Proficiency in JDE E1 tools such as Object Management Workbench (OMW), Business Function (C), Event Rules, and Form Design Aid (FDA).
Strong experience in SQL and JDE E1 database structures (e.g., table structures, indexes, and data modeling).
Familiarity with integration tools and technologies (e.g., Orchestrator, XML, APIs).
Strong knowledge of Oracle Orchestrator and Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Proficiency in PHP programming for application development and integration.
Familiarity with SQL and database management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Experience with JDE E1 Tools and various JDE modules preferred.
Knowledge of web services and RESTful APIs for integrations preferred.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment is a plus.

Working Environment:
The work of this position is performed in an environmentally controlled office environment. This position requires the ability to work under pressure and communicate with a diverse population including other employees, customers, vendors, etc. This position also requires prolonged periods of sitting in a regular seated position as well as the use of general office equipment including phones, printers, computers, (mouse, keyboard, etc.)
