As an Operations Manager professional at Metric5 you will assist the Army with developing and maintaining their Cyber Security strategy. The candidate will support the Government team to manage and communicate various tasks related to the mission of the Army client.

Program:

The project you will be working is to support a DoD U.S. Army command with Operations Support. You will work directly with the stakeholders to support their requirements.

Responsibilities broadly include:

• Perform all activities necessary to maintain day to day operations of the program/product offices.
• Manage facilities to include space, furniture and office supplies.
• Update and manage distribution lists.
• Manage travel in the Defense Travel System (DTS) and provide travel updates/mods to travelers.
• Mange the onboarding and offboarding of all personnel.
• Receive, distribute, track and report on formal tasks using a Task Management Tool.
• Track all required training for compliance.
• Support planning and execution of client events.

Desired Skills:

• DoD and Army Experience
• Top Secret Clearance

Years of Experience: 3-4 years of experience or more

Travel: Up to 10% travel

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

Clearance: U.S. Citizenship required, and at least a DoD Secret Level Clearance

Salary: 65,000-75,000 Annually
