GCSS-Army Tier-O Help Desk/DoDAAC Portability Operations RAS 4974
CALIBRE, an employee-owned management consulting and information technology solutions company, is seeking a Senior Logistics Analyst to support GCSS-Army use, DoDAAC Portability, and Tier 0 Help Desk operations. This role is crucial for providing comprehensive support and training to CJTF-OIR units within the GCSS-Army solution framework.
Position Overview: The Senior Logistics Analyst will support Unit/Staff with GCSS-Army usage, DoDAAC Portability, and Tier 0 Help Desk operations. Responsibilities include answering immediate questions, demonstrating hands-on usage, and reinforcing training. The analyst will assist CJTF-OIR units deploying/redeploying, participate in planning meetings, monitor and report on data cleansing efforts, and track tasks/issues to sustain the solution.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide initial GCSS-Army Help Desk Support focused on functionality and troubleshooting across all business areas (Property Book, Unit Supply, Plant Maintenance, Finance, etc.).
Supply weekly and monthly reports for help desk operations, including the number of tickets, training provided, open/resolved issues, and any identifiable trends and lessons learned.
Assist and support CJTF-OIR units deploying/redeploying within the GCSS-Army solution.
Participate in planning meetings and monitor/report the status of Data Cleansing efforts.
Address unit-specific questions and issues related to data cleansing and sustainment tasks.
Focus on data analytics, data cleansing, presentation development (slides/charts), and over-the-shoulder training.
Support the sustainment and development of the Sustainment Readiness Tool (SRT) with data analysis, quality control checks, and quality assurance measures.
Provide updates on help desk operations, including actions such as ticket creation, follow-up actions, and status reports.
Submit weekly Help Desk and DoDAAC Portability Reports.
Provide equipment status reports, such as Q53 Equipment Status Report and Force Protection Equipment Status Report, to the CJLOC Chief.
Active DoD security clearance at the Secret level is required.
5-7 years of experience with Army logistics and financial management systems.
Pre-existing knowledge of Army logistics data and systems, including tools under AESIP, LDAC, GCSS-Army, GFEBS, and other DoD equipment management systems.
Experience managing unique force structure reporting processes for specific tactical requirements.
Understanding of deployed Army structures and familiarity with Army logistics and readiness policies and procedures.
Five years of expertise with Microsoft Office Products - including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, with skills in Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data mapping, and report generation.
In-depth knowledge of GCSS-Army and its functionalities.
Strong understanding of DoDAAC Portability and its applications.
Experience with data analytics, data cleansing, and training within a military logistics context.
Proficiency in creating and presenting reports and training materials.
Ability to participate effectively in planning meetings and coordinate with various stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (other education, commensurate experience, and demonstrated ability may be substituted).
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification or extensive training in the required areas for GCSS-Army system access.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
