Position Overview:




  • Be the Voice of Our Company: Triage incoming calls, understand customer needs, and schedule the right service to meet those needs.


  • Promote Our Services: Share information about our products and services, helping customers find the best solutions.


  • Ensure Accuracy: Gather essential details to create precise service tickets, ensuring our technicians are well-prepared for each job.


  • Professional Representation: Deliver outstanding customer service with a positive attitude, even in challenging situations.

Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Preferably two years of customer service or administrative experience.

  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in technical applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
