Ankmar Garage Doors, a DH Pace Company, Inc., is looking to hire an Install Manager at our Denver, CO office. We are a leading provider of door solutions, offering sales, service, and installation for every type of door imaginable! As a member of our management team, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring project completion, managing labor costs, and driving the performance of the install department.
Monday-Friday schedule, in office
Starting pay range: $60,000, with potential for increase based on experience
Job Responsibilities:
Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the installation department, ensuring all processes run efficiently and effectively.
Scheduling and Dispatching: Managing installation loads, checking timecards, verifying product and material inventories, and ensuring shipments are properly loaded for field crews.
Field Team Management: Lead and manage field technicians, ensuring they are aligned with project schedules, safety protocols, and customer expectations.
Project Management: Plan, implement, and manage schedules to meet daily customer commitments, while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of customers.
Team Building: Foster a positive team culture by conducting daily and weekly team-building activities, promoting safety, and maintaining effective communication with field staff.
Communication with Builders and Customers: Serve as the main point of contact with builders and customers, ensuring seamless communication, addressing concerns, and proactively troubleshooting field issues as they arise.
Safety & Inspections: Lead safety and site inspections, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company policies. Facilitate safety and departmental meetings regularly to keep the team informed and engaged.
Financial/Operational Performance: Review monthly financial and operational reports, working with front-line managers to develop action plans that drive continuous improvement.
Employee Development: Help with hiring, training, and developing new employees to ensure they are set up for success and aligned with company standards.
Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, highly preferred
Prior experience managing teams, preferred
Responsible for communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction levels consistently exceed expectations
Review customer survey data, respond to customer concerns
Possess an ability for technical applications and mechanical systems
Must possess a Valid Driver’s License and a good driving record
