Job Summary
- Previous maintenance experience.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Project.
- Ability to support and ensure compliance with all company policies, programs, procedures, and applicable state/federal laws.
- Ability to critically think and to solve problems and situations arising in maintenance operations.
- Possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a safe, productive, and efficient manner.
- Ability to work overtime, nights, and weekends as needed.
Job Description
- Generate, review and TECO work orders.
- Responsible for light duty backlog maintenance, including ensuring dates are aligned and work status is correct.
- Responsible for completing job scopes and ordering necessary parts.
- Responsible for estimating manpower requirements to schedule work.
- Responsible for making sure that outside services PO's are issued.
- Complete component changes within SAP.
- Manage Core items through defined process and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned by the company.

- Required to sit at computer terminal for long periods of time.
- Reach, handle, feel or operate objects, tools or controls with hands and arms, legs and feet
- Stand, walk; sit; climb; balance; stoop; kneel; crouch, crawl, and climb ladders/steps
- Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds for a minimal distance
- Talk to, communicate with, and hear others

- Ability to maintain mental focus and concentration
