Location: San Augustine, TX

Salary: $145,000.00 USD Annually - $165,000.00 USD Annually

Description:
A growing agricultural company located near San Augustine, TX is currently searching for a Senior Operations Manager, Live Production.


In return, the company offers a good starting salary, benefits and relocation if needed.


Salary range for this position is $145k-165k plus bonuses.


Qualifications & Requirements:


-5+ years of progressive experience with Live Production (required)


-Strong leadership skills-ability to coach, mentor, train, validate training


-Strong communicator both upward and downward.


-Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.


-Manages live production, wastewater experience, and feed mill experience.


-Strong understanding of financial reporting.
