Description: The Judge Group is currently seeking a Customer Service Rep Sr. for a great healthcare client in Orange, CA!!
Type of Engagement: 6 Month Contract
Start Date: ASAP
This job will have the following responsibilities:
Will be first line of contact for company members and providers.
Assist members and providers with questions related to the Medi-Cal programs for Orange County.
Resolve member inquiries and complaints fairly and effectively.
Provide information regarding eligibility, enrollment, benefits and services to company's eligible members and providers.
Qualifications & Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
2 Years call center customer service experience required.
Bilingual in English and in one of company's defined threshold languages (Arabic, Farsi, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Vietnamese) highly preferred
An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the position such as those listed above is also qualifying.
