The Judge Group is looking for a Hospice/Palliative care RN for a permanent position in Vineyard Haven, MA!
Type: Permanent
Location: Vineyard Haven, MA 02568
Shift: Days Monday- Friday, with one weekend once a month
Pay: Flexible and based on experience PLUS SIGN ON BONUS!
** Client offers housing for the first 30 days if needed and will help find housing on the island**
Responsibilities:
Monitoring and documenting patient vital signs.
Administering medications.
Managing symptoms and pain.
Helping during crisis situations.
Psychosocial support.
Educating and supporting family caregivers.
Qualifications:
Current MA nursing license.
Graduate of National League for Nursing accredited school of nursing
Hospice and/or Home Health experience preferred
Two+ years of hospice nursing experience required Two years Med-surge experience preferred but not required
Must maintain a state drivers' license in good standing, and maintain an automobile in good working order
Be able to live on Martha's Vineyard Island.
Fluency in both English and Portuguese language preferred
Rotate weekends with 1 weekend a month mandatory
