What You Will Do

• Collaborate with the USCAN BRM team and business stakeholders to analyze business requirements and identify opportunities to leverage digital and AI for improving various aspects of our operations.


• Assist in designing, developing, and implementing new digital solution /AI models, algorithms, and solutions to address specific business challenges and opportunities.


• Conduct research on emerging trends, digital tools, and techniques in AI, machine learning, and data science to enhance Clarios’ capabilities.


• Contributing to the development of cutting-edge solutions and tools that drive innovation.

How You Will Do It

• Work with stakeholders to gather feedback, iterate on solutions, and continuously improve the performance and effectiveness of AI models and digital applications.


• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate cutting edge solutions into existing systems, processes, and workflows, ensuring seamless adoption and scalability.


• Supporting ongoing efforts for Continuous Improvements.


• Build approach complex problems methodically and think critically

What We Look For

• Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university.


• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in IT, data science and/or Business.


• U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S.


• Ability to be in the greater Milwaukee area in the summer.


• Data Analysis/ Data science experience is preferred.


• 
  Duration: Summer 2025. Up to 40 hours per week. Part-time during the school year may be available.


• 
  Working Arrangements: Hybrid internship – must have a quiet workspace away from interruptions if working remotely. Be able to maintain regular contact with the supervisor/team via virtual methods.
