Lead for management reporting including actual results and forecasting for US Distribution business. For forecasting, prepare templates, coordinate with BU partners, prepare finance calculated inputs, consolidation, and presentation preparation.
Lead for EPM reporting requirements for the US Distribution business including generating reports and loading actuals & forecast data. Continuous process improvement to ensure all required roll forwards are consistently performed and reconciled.
Lead for inventory management (parts & whole goods) of the US Distribution business including but not limited to cycle count metrics, new/used aged inventory reporting, inventory reserve JEs, and account reconciliations.
Responsible for analysis and required journal entries related to intercompany profit elimination for whole goods and parts.
Responsible for oversight of US Distribution warranty process including claim aging, intercompany profit elimination associated with warranty, and reconciliations.
Prepare regular and ad-hoc analysis for finance leadership or VP/GMs of the US Distribution businesses.
The Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance
5-8 years of experience
Ability to work independently
Experience in Financial Reporting and Analysis, management and coordination of multiple priorities
Must be willing to learn and improve processes every month
The successful candidate will possess superior verbal and written communication skills, along with a proven ability to influence those without a direct reporting relationship, as well as manage processes with diverse operational groups.
Travel - domestically up to 20%
