Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sr.Factory Planner Deployment Specialist to join their team. This role is remote and offers flexible working hours, providing an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a balance between professional growth and personal life.
As a Factory Planner Deployment Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for Factory Planner deployments. Your duties will include configuring Factory Planner settings for use at manufacturing plants, preparing and cleansing data for deployments, and creating and following up on support tickets as needed. You will also be expected to schedule meetings with users, keep the team and management informed, create job aids for users, and train and coach users on how to use Factory Planner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on Factory Planner deployments
- Configure Factory Planner settings for use at manufacturing plants
- Prepare and cleanse data for Factory Planner deployments
- Create and follow up on support tickets as needed
- Schedule meetings with users and keep the team informed
- Train and coach users on how to use Factory Planner
Required Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of i2 Factory Planner (3 years of experience preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
- Experience with SAP Production Planning, Inventory Data Support, and Factory Planner
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
