Women's Health Specialist - Covering Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, and Arizona
To represent BD Peripheral Intervention in the Women's Health setting in a specific geographical area assigned by the company, and take necessary action to attain sales objectives.
Sell the entire Women's Health Biopsy portfolio to current and new accounts.
Ability in establishing solid, working relationships with key stakeholders at strategic accounts to create market share conversion
Expert in Clinical Acumen and Knowledge surrounding the Women's Health Industry
Conduct successful product evaluations to increase BD's market share
Understand and demonstrates the contractual landscape
Informs customers of new and current pricing, backorders, and company policies.
Drives comprehensive in-service of products to all concerned individuals.
Conduct business reviews quarterly with department managers, purchasing and procurement
Collaborate with Territory Manager to drive impact through relationships
Plans sales calls on a continuous basis, handling sales time effectively.
Develops thorough knowledge of all products and clinical data.
Informs District Manager of significant market changes and competitive activity.
Achieves prompt, mutually satisfactory solutions to customer complaints.
Analyzes customer needs and creates solutions.
Maintains company automobile and company property.
Completes and processes BD Peripheral Intervention reports including but not limited to: sales summary reports, expense reports, monthly product tracking reports, account targeting reports, and complaint reports in accordance with established procedures and policies.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree required
4 years of outside sales experience in medical device sales. Preferably within the Women's Health Industry
Demonstrated human relations and communication skills
Must possess and maintain a valid state-issued driver's license and meet BD's auto safety standards.
Must be based in Tempe or Phoenix, AZ
Travel up to 75% travel within territory

Surgical procedure knowledge, adequate to illustrate our product benefits
Basic anatomy
Medical and surgical terminology
Thorough understanding of needs/analysis selling
Excellent listening and communication skills
