The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle. This role would lead in the gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working cross functionally to ensure customer and company goals are aligned and met.

Essential Functions:
Solid understanding of IT Infrastructure components (e.g., networking, compute, storage, OS, DB, cloud, security, etc.) and experience with designing and delivery of managed IT services to customers.
Uncover and understand customer needs and translate them into requirements.
Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the overall business goals.
Create and manage a product roadmap.
Analyze market data to make informed decisions regarding product features, pricing, and positioning.
Lead the end-to-end product development process, collaborating with engineering, design, and other teams.
Effectively communicate product updates and changes to internal teams.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of product initiatives.
Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches, collaborating with marketing teams to execute successful product introductions.
Understand and analyze data pipelines, algorithms, and automated systems.
