Scope of Position
The Ohio State University is committed to enhancing the quality of care provided to patients and staff. The Support Analyst position for Medical Center Security Access Control Lock Shop, functions to support and manage the technology-based systems, resources, and services required to maintain a proper working environment. The Support Analyst will also provide a broad-based support for hardware, software, production operations, and customer support. This also including but not limited to system maintenance, user-support, and training throughout the Medical Center and other hospital occupied properties.
Position Summary
The Support Analyst position is responsible for supporting and managing the technology-based systems and resources to provide a broad-based support for hardware, software, production operations, customer support, and services required to maintain a proper working environment. This may also include installation of hardware and/or software as well as trouble-shooting and serving as a liaison with users, vendor support, software adaptation, training, and general support throughout the Medical Center and other hospital occupied properties.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or GED. Certification or vocational training may be preferred. 1 year of relevant experience required. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
