Job Description Summary
The Regional Financial Controls Manager is a critical role that partners with the Regional Finance and Operations Lead and the Regional PDS Leader to help manage the regional financial operations and accounting functions in an efficient and effective manner. Job Description
Pipeline Management and Forecasting
Support and enforce guidelines on updating CRM system within the Region
Review pipeline report for accuracy and follow-up with Market Leaders , as needed to update
Provides timely, accurate and complete reports for the region
Financial Reporting
Support the development and communication for all budgeting and forecasting
Support the Regional Managers in the review of monthly financials
Investigate and resolve financial variances between the PDS Markets and PDS Finance
C&W Invoicing (Workday)
Possess an understanding of C & W's invoice procedures
Manage the billing and receivables within the Region
Provides guidance related to Revenue Recognition
Review invoices for conformity to the contract
Work with Market Leaders and Project Managers to review all project expenses associated with a closed project
Review outstanding receivables and work with Market Leaders and Project Teams to determine strategy for collecting payments
Technology (Ingenious IO)
Develop a n understanding of Ingenious IO to provide "as-needed support" of the Project Accounting process including Budget creation, recommendation letter administration, cost report data inputs, cross referencing invoices to contracts, and other project management principals.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $70,125.00 - $82,500.00
