The Goodwill Opportunity Center Coordinator manages daily operations and coordinates service delivery. This individual is responsible for identifying community needs and ensuring the opportunity center provides a variety of services, including but not limited to: jobseeker services as well as education and training programs. Through collaboration with Goodwill's Human Services teams and community partners, the coordinator leads outreach efforts, fosters partnerships, and drives positive participant outcomes while adhering to organizational policies and best practices.
This position requires a strong leader with workforce development experience. The coordinator creates a culturally competent and collaborative workplace, valuing relationships with participants, staff, and agency partners. The position supports continuous improvement efforts and upholds Goodwill's mission to empower individuals through education and employment.
Duties will also include but are not limited to:
External Hiring Range: $52,624-$54,728.96
Schedule: 10:00AM - 6:00PM Monday - Friday
Travel: local travel will be required
Required Experience:
Experience in collaborating with community organizations and coordinating services across departments, required.
