Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta seeks a talented professional to join in the position of Senior Manager, Corporate Partnership, based in our Braselton, Georgia race track.
This position will be responsible for sales of regional and some national sponsorships, creating and maintaining sponsorship fulfillment for all accounts, assisting partners in leveraging relationships with other partners and the entity to maximize those relationships.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Manage and facilitate inside and outside business to business sales of local, regional and some national accounts, including negotiation of contracts and planning sales strategy for where to target future business and determining where there is a return on investment.
Sales and fulfillment of regional/national sponsorships, signage, display and hospitality clients. Supervise and oversee sales admin staff assisting in this role and with preferred partnership and program ad sales.
Managing the fulfillment process for both regional clients and those sold by national accounts team and ensuring that clients receive what has been promised to them. Supervise and oversee sales admin staff assisting in this role.
Manage the relationship with hospitality clients, determining that needs are met and making recommendations for future needs.
Oversee fan zone/expo area and logistics at large events, including set up. Supervise and oversee sales admin staff assisting in this role.
Manage and facilitate Expo display at all events. Supervise and oversee sales admin staff assisting in this role.
Source, use and manage client acquisition software.
Create and develop client marketing pieces (in concert with marketing/PR manager) and proposals.
Required skills / experience:
Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 8 years' experience in business development, partnership marketing or sales.
Exceptional team and interpersonal skills.
Superior follow-through with a high-level of accountability for assigned tasks.
Attention to detail and excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to travel 10% including weekends.
