Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Maximize sales coverage in the Territory
- Understand landscape of existing customers, potential customers, and sales organizations operating in the Territory
- Fill sales gaps in potential, currently empty geography within the Territory that meet our criteria
- Prioritize HVAC Distributors that offer the highest opportunity to significantly grow IAQ
- Develop relationships with Senior Sales Management at target Regional Distributors
- Call on existing customers, potential customers, and organizations to support products, services and sales
- Conduct product/sales training for Distributors and Contractors
- Develop and implement Action Plans with targeted distributors
- Identify Target HVAC Contractors in Territory
- Make joint or independent sales calls on target HVAC Contractors
- Present Business Proposition and Secure Participation
- Support the Contractor's Business Development
- Build network of Certified HVAC Contractors in the Territory
