Managing and executing a product roadmap by analyzing customer and product data for actionable insights, determining rollout strategy, and managing risks and new opportunities.
Defining vision and strategies for your product, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, and building business cases.
Leading and delivering on key cross-functional projects that span across multiple teams within the organization.
Building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to OKRs, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership.

You have experience delivering seller-facing marketplace products.
You have experience in Retail or DTC e-commerce operations.
You have experience working with complex data, understanding insights and dashboards.
You have experience delivering platform products.
You have a strong bias for action, moving the team towards delivery complex products on time.
You have an analytical mindset for solving the most impactful customer and seller issues.
You have a growth mindset for expanding the scope and building strong teams of Product Managers.
You are a strong cross-functional collaborator with business, design, engineering, etc.
You are excited about solving complex challenges.
You are customer-centric in spirit and in execution.
You are comfortable influencing others, leading teams, managing stakeholders, getting buy-in from. leadership, and communicating clearly.
You have experience leading a product team.
Preferred Experience
Product: You have experience delivering highly successful and innovative products with your fingerprints all over them -- and you are deeply proud of what you have accomplished. If you have experience in building products or features that drive seller growth in an eCommerce capacity, that is right up our alley.
Technical chops: You possess the technical familiarity and/or expertise to closely collaborate with engineering on technical architecture, solution design, and requirements and scope tradeoffs.
Strategic: You can craft a coherent product vision, multi-year strategy, and quarterly roadmap that your team and the business rallies behind.
