The Relationship Manager Officer is responsible for the client experience by providing high touch support to Financial Markets and Funds clients including client onboarding and servicing of accounts. In this role you'll serve as a liaison between internal contacts such as Treasury Management, Deposit Operations, International Services, and Loan Operations.

        

What You’ll Do


  • Process daily internal and external customer requests via phone and email regarding a variety of matters including wire transfers, information reporting, SWIFT messaging, foreign exchange, and OFAC / BSA


  • Troubleshoot and investigate complex or non-standard client issues


  • Provide administrative support to Relationship Managers by answering calls, preparing documentation packages, ensuring all vendor invoices are paid in a timely manner and gathering information to resolve issues or complete projects


  • Responsible for providing timely responses to client and internal stakeholder inquiries 


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred


  • Minimum 5 years' financial services experience in client service and administrative support, preferably within the alternative assets space


  • High level of interpersonal skills, demonstrating poise, tact, and diplomacy at all times


  • High degree of discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information


  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills


  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook; prior experience with FIS a plus


  • Knowledge of banking concepts, practices, and procedures especially as it relates to commercial banking, specifically fund administration


  • Must be flexible and willing to accommodate the client and team needs
