The Professional Field Services Project manager will work closely with the team of engineers and technicians to provide innovative solutions to our clients. We offer technical coaching in a collaborative environment that encourages employee growth and development. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who takes pride in their work and actively pursues opportunities to learn and assist others when needed.

Commissioning
Retro-Commissioning
Testing, Adjusting and Balancing
Airflow Visualization Studies
Troubleshooting of MEP Systems
HEPA Filter Certification Testing
Responsibilities
Perform project management duties including:
Proposal development
Budget development
Project scheduling
Project performance management
Lead:
Commissioning and retro-commissioning team
TAB teams
Smoke Visualization Studies
Prepare templates, documentation, and calculations for testing of systems
Perform functional testing of complex building systems for optimization
Serve in client facing capacity as company representative. Interacts with contractors, engineers, and project team.
Lead facility evaluation and engineering studies
Troubleshoot complex MEP systems
Manage and Perform Testing, Adjusting and Balancing of HVAC systems
Assist with Air Flow Visualization studies
Perform HEPA Filter testing
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Need not have experience in all areas of work we perform. We will train the right candidate
College Degree or Equivalent industry experience required. PE license preferred.
5 years or more of related industry experience preferred.
General understanding of HVAC system concepts and associated controls systems
Adept at working on fast-paced projects
Proven ability to prioritize effectively
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Willingness to seek industry certifications
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time as needed (home most weekends)
