What You'll Do:
As a Clinical Supervisor in our CBHC program, you will lead and support a team of Master's-level clinicians, providing guidance on clinical care, professional development, and compliance with performance standards. Working in a collaborative, urban setting, you'll play a crucial role in delivering co-located mental health and substance abuse treatment services that include urgent care, emergency services, individual and group therapy, psychiatry, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide responsive, staff-centered support and guidance to clinical supervisees, including professional goal-setting and progress
Participate in and lead clinical team meetings, supervision sessions, and training
Deliver direct, evidence-based services to clients of all ages, both in-person and via telehealth
Utilize a goal-directed, evidence-based approach in client care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Participate in ongoing training, including CEU opportunities, with a focus on Evidence-Based Practice and Social Justice

What You'll Bring:
LMHC or LICSW license with at least three years of clinical experience (required)
Massachusetts CANS certification (required before start date)
Experience providing clinical care to children, adolescents, families, and adults
Strong knowledge of mental health diagnoses and evidence-based treatment techniques
M-F schedule with ability to work 2 evenings per week
Familiarity with EMR systems, telehealth platforms, and Microsoft Office
