Supervises a team of AR Analyst dedicated to multi-property accounts and AR Customer Service Coordinators that ensures the resolution of customer issues (e.g., vendor, invoice, payment) by leading a team to coordinate with Sales, Operations, and other internal and/or external teams. Coordinates resolution with after sales services

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides oversight to AR Analysts functions, seeks areas of improvement in both processes and team skill set
  • Establishes regular reports and statistics related to the MMR AR Aging, creates target list, and monitors progress. Reviews and analyzes performance against standards and prepares improvement plans
  • Reviews, approves, and processes billing, and adjustment-related requests.
  • Reviews, analyzes performance against standards, and prepares improvement plans.
  • Provide oversight to AR Coordinator functions, seek areas of improvement in both processes and team skill set
  • Research, reconcile, and problem-solve complex accounts
  • Lead and/or assist with implementing corporate-wide system initiatives and upgrades; support and/or participate in User Acceptance Testing and rollouts of new or enhanced technology and/or processes
  • Other related duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, accounting, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Experience supervising or serving as support role and leading a team in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent knowledge of billing procedures and various collection techniques
  • Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills; critical thinker by nature with great attention to detail
  • Knowledge of collection laws and regulations
  • Excellent analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate to advanced experience in Excel: V-look ups and Pivot tables are a plus
  • Outgoing and extroverted personalities are ideal for this role.
  • Comfortable working with targets
  • Must be able to diffuse high-tension situations confidently, effectively, and professionally.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn and grow into a leader
  • Must have demonstrated the ability to work effectively with all levels of management, exercising discretion and independent judgment while performing duties with limited supervision

  • Experience with Great Plains 2016 and CRM experience desirable
