Seeking M&A Advisory resources, specifically on the Post-Integration side as a Project Manager.
Finance background required for consideration.
Required experience:
8+ years of experience in M&A Post-Transaction Integrations at the Project Management level
Advisory support for deal considerations and diligence
Optimizing operating model and organization design
Identifying synergies, developing & coordinating plan to achieve measured synergies
Developing and executing integration plan for Day 1+
Coordinating communications for culture and change management
Fully remote opportunity with some travel requirement.
