Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Corporate Paralegal for a contract opportunity with a notable aerospace corporation. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of experience with international corporate entity/subsidiary formation.
Key Responsiblities:
Drafting and coordinating the execution of subsidiary documents, including formation documents, board consents, resolutions, meeting minutes, and managing the signing, notarizing, apostille and legalization of such documents (as necessary)
Interfacing with overseas law firms, banks, notaries and other service providers and assisting in compliance with their know your customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements
Maintaining corporate books and records for the complete international portfolio
Managing and tracking annual compliance obligations for foreign subsidiaries and coordinate filings
*Applicants must be comfortable commuting to Washington, DC as this position requires a hybrid schedule.*
