About the Job:
Provide general administrative support to HR with regards to offer letters, onboarding, and new employee orientations.
Assist with recruitment efforts and drafting/posting job descriptions.
Maintain calendars and manage scheduling of various training programs.
Ensure compliance in regards to background checks and other policies.
Assist with projects/programs and complete additional tasks as needed.
About You:
2+ years of HR related experience are required.
A bachelor's degree is required.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and an HRIS system.
Detail-oriented and organized with excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable exercising discretion with confidential information and working in a fast-paced environment.
About the Position:
$23/hr-$26/hr, depending on experience.
Temporary through January.
Starting ASAP!
Potential for assignment to extend.
100% onsite in Baltimore, MD.
