Schedule: This is a Fulltime position, M - F, with some weekend availability, as required.
About the Job: The primary responsibilities of the position are to ensure a high level of resident satisfaction through proactive programs and service recovery opportunities. This position will work with the Leadership team and team members in the organization to ensure proper service delivery is meeting the expectations of the residents and the organization.

Plan and implement policies and procedures that ensure effective operations of all Independent Living apartments on campus.
Greeting guests at the time of move in/admission. Check ins with tenants to ensure needs are being met.
Coordinate and assist with transfers, room changes, discharges and move ins.
Participate in monthly advocacy meetings and tenant town hall meetings.
Work with the sales and marketing director for internal and external marketing efforts.
Communicate effectively and accurate between prospective resident and community team members including coordination of health assessments and move-ins.
Assists with offering tours to prospective customers and admissions.
Provide and/or arrange for meeting with all new residents. Identify and provide for the social, emotional, spiritual and psychological needs; assist with resident orientation and adjustment to environment.
Qualifications: The primary responsibilities of the position are to ensure a high level of resident satisfaction through proactive programs and service recovery opportunities. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of one year of social work experience, preferably in a long-term healthcare setting; knowledge of long-term healthcare and public health settings; familiarity with Federal and State regulations and requirements for long-term care.
Ability to read, speak and write fluently in English; excellent communication and phone skills; ability to prepare written assessments and correspondence; ability to read and interpret rules and regulations.
Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, such as during evenings and weekends, for planned activities and special events, family meetings and conferences, and as necessary.
Ability to perform several job functions at once.
