Volt is immediately hiring an Onsite Manager in Chandler, AZ.
Direct hire - $70,000 - $85,000 year
As an Program Manager you will:
Oversee day-to-day operations on the customer site to ensure smooth execution and delivery of program objectives.
Manage project deliverables, timelines, quality of work, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, company, and customer standards.
Lead and manage the on-site team, providing training and supporting development.
Support the hiring process, including screening candidates, conducting interviews, onboarding, and ensuring adequate staffing levels.
Manage payroll processing, time, and attendance.
Manage the program budget. Allocate resources efficiently and effectively
Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the business on-site, improve operational efficiency, and program effectiveness
This is a F ull time, Direct Hire opportunity.
Monday - Friday 7am - 4 pm
The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in site or program management.
Proven record of managing teams and sustaining long-term programs.
Strong technical acumen and proficiency with software systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.).
Experience with payroll processing and supporting systems is highly desirable.
$70,000 - $85,000 year
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
