Goodwill’s largest contracts for janitorial, warehousing, landscaping, snow removal, composting and maintenance services are Ability One Program contracts, which is a program supported by Source America to clean five Federal government facilities in the area. As the Lead Worker/Custodian you will display your outstanding customer service skills by satisfy any customer complaints. Complete thorough inspections of all assigned areas. Show your problem-solving ability through leading staff while completing required custodial duties.
Duties include but are not limited to:
External Hiring Range: $19.00 up to $21.57/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday (6:00am-2:30pm) schedule can vary based on department needs.
Travel Required: Yes, some local travel may be required.
