Description: Our client is currently seeking a Communication Specialist!
Scope of role:
Location: San Antonio, TX or telecommute from Texas or Florida Hours: 9am to 5pm
Job Engagement: Contract to hire
This job will have the following responsibilities:
Designs and coordinates direct patient communications with a specific focus on acquisition, integration and operational changes in care notifications (provider change, term or move; clinic closure or move; payer term; panel movement, etc.),
Position may include creation and deployment of nonclinical patient emails, project tracking and adherence to compliance and legal requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
Strong writing and communication skills required.
Needs knowledge of MS Office suite and Outlook, and ability to track tasks and prioritize to deliver results on time.
Track projects in Workfornt.
Ability to problem solve.
