Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations listed.

The Manager II Network Data is responsible for managing the accurate, timely maintenance of critical provider information on all claims and provider databases.
How you will make an impact:
Ensures the training and development of Provider Database Reps/Specialists.
Develops and recommends better business processes as it pertains to provider database.
Ensures the synchronization of data among multiple claims systems and application of business rules as they apply to each database.
Ensures the data to be housed on provider databases is in adherence to business and system requirements of customers as it pertains to contracting, network management and credentialing.
Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluations the performance of direct reports.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a BA/BS degree; 3-5 years management experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
This position is part of our NGS (National Government Services) division which, per CMS TDL 190275, requires foreign national applicants meet the residency requirement of living in the United States at least three of the past five years.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
Prior FHPS/FEP experience is strongly preferred.
Experience working in a customer service call center environment preferred.
Experience in claims service operations preferred.
