Basic Job Functions:


Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.



Responsibilities of the Business Analyst may include but are not limited to:


The Business Analyst is an integral part of our Nucor Steel Kankakee Team: positively impacting safety and our business by providing timely, accurate information, capturing business requirements and insights on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis, along with ad-hoc decision support analyses and assisting with various projects throughout the division.




Minimum Qualifications:


• BA or BS Degree in Business, Finance or related field

• 2+ years' experience in data management, reporting, and analysis




Preferred Qualifications:


• Power BI, SQL, and/or Advanced Excel experience
• Manufacturing industry experience
