As a member of the Facilities and Physical Security team, our Regional Facilities Managers are responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

What You Bring to Cambia:



Qualifications:


Bachelor's Degree and 5-7 years of experience in facilities management, operations, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certified Facility Manager (CFM), International Facilities Management Association (IFMA), Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) industry certifications recommended; other Engineering, Business or technical training or certifications preferred.

Skills and Attributes:


  • Demonstrated ability to manage and complete projects successfully and within budget


  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a professional corporate office facility or portfolio of facilities, and budgets.


  • Strong technical skills, including experience with CMMS software and hardware.


  • Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.


  • Skilled in Building Management Systems maintenance and monitoring.


  • Experience with critical system environments


  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities.


  • Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.


  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, and facilities management software (e.g.,Famis 360, Tango, FM:Systems, Planon) and Building Automation Systems (e.g. Trane).


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.





What You Will Do at Cambia:


  • Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of our facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems. Respond positively and promptly to requests from building tenants and occupants. Constantly assess tenant and occupant needs and to ensure problems are being solved promptly.



  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.



  • Space Planning and Management: Coordinate space planning, layout, and allocation to ensure efficient use of facilities and alignment with business needs.



  • Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the overall workplace experience.



  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and stakeholders, ensuring prompt resolution of facilities-related issues and requests.



  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations.



  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, and identify and mitigate risks associated with facilities operations.



  • Scheduling and Resource Allocation: Coordinate schedules with team members and stakeholders to ensure efficient use of time and resources. Identify and allocate resources, such as equipment, materials, and personnel, to support work activities.



  • Quality Control: Ensure that work meets quality standards and specifications by conducting regular checks and inspections.



  • Project Management: Manage small to medium-sized projects, including renovations, upgrades, and special events.



  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.





Work Environment:



  • Work primarily performed in office environment.


  • Travel required locally or out of state.


  • May be required to work outside of normal hours.




The expected hiring range for a Regional Facilities Manager is $77,000 - $97,000/year depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history. The bonus target for this position is 10%. The current full salary range for this role is $77,000 - $127,000/year.
