Respond to a variety of incoming calls and requests from employees and customers regarding parts, services, and scheduling.
Deliver exceptional customer service and solutions efficiently, consistently exceeding customer expectations.
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end processes and possess in-depth product knowledge.
Participate in ongoing training and briefing sessions to stay updated on changes to products and services.
Keep informed about products, services, and promotions to meet business line objectives.
Take ownership of customer issues, ensuring satisfactory resolution while knowing when to escalate matters appropriately.
Identify and escalate priority issues as necessary.
Requirements:
Experience with Salesforce is preferred (this system was introduced this year).
A minimum of 2 years of phone customer service experience is required; additional experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
Must be highly detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
