Resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner with the appropriate follow-up
Answer and route phone calls to the correct party
Accurately record information into database
Prepare outgoing correspondence
Demonstrate high-level customer service and professionalism

Requirements
3+ years of front desk receptionist experience, preferably in real estate or property management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Yardi
Excellent communication skills
