Provide a broad variety of high-level administrative support to the Chief Accounting Officer
Act as a liaison to department management teams
Manage executive schedules
Coordinate travel itineraries and prepare accommodation arrangements
Communicate directly, and on behalf, of the Chief Accounting Officer to organizational staff, external partners, and others
Research, prioritize, and respond to matters related to the Chief Accounting Officer's initiatives
Create reports, prepare documents, and manage outgoing correspondence
Maintain paper and electronic filing systems
Oversee inventory and restock office supplies
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
5+ years of Executive Assistant experience, preferably within the real estate or property management industry
Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to travel up to 20% of time
