Requirements:
5+ years of CA civil litigation experience, preferably within labor and employment
Federal, State (CA), and Appellate court filing (manual & e-filing)
Proficient in calendaring, trial preparation, proofreading, and document processing
Self-starter with strong analytical and written communication skills
Able to work independently and efficiently in a team-structured setting
Skills & Competencies:
Computer proficiency in Net Docs, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and other office technologies
Strong civil litigation experience, including mastery of court filings
Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Extensive calendaring experience with Compulaw or another similar program
