As an Account Manager you would be responsible for providing overall new business administrative and retention support to the insurance sales agents and department. QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or equivalent.
2+ years' customer service or sales experience
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Responsible for providing rating support for Insurance Sales Agent(s), including new business, account reviews or rewrites, or other cross-sale opportunities.
Facilitate post-sale follow-ups by performing various administrative duties including document and payment follow-ups, creation of agency management policy headers, or related servicing activities.
Perform coverage reviews, identify possible underwriting issues, execute changes, and document outcomes in agency management system.
Identify possible account cross-sale opportunities and provide quotes as appropriate.
Collaborate with Insurance Sales Agent(s) in setting goals and finding opportunities for sales growth and development.
Provide feedback on Insurance Sales Agent(s) during regular check-in or 1:1 meeting with manager.
Handle urgent or sensitive servicing issues via direct request of Insurance Sales Agent(s).
Collaborate daily with the Customer Service Unit (CSU) and other servicing entities.

SALARY RANGE
Target hourly hiring rate is $20.63 - $25.28 per hour and is based on experience.
In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for the Insurance Support Bonus Plan which has a target bonus potential of up to 10% of base pay.
