LOCATION/DIVISION SPECIFIC INFORMATION As part of the Corporate Infrastructure & Security, the SIS Service Delivery's mission is to continuously fortify our relationship with the broader IT department. This is to strengthen the value of the SIS team while ensuring alignment on essential needs to keep our IT infrastructure robust and efficient. Our team operates across multiple locations worldwide including India, Hungary, United Kingdom, and the USA.



POSITION OVERVIEW: This internship offers the chance to support our Service Delivery team in the role of Data Analysis and Reporting. This position will provide an outstanding opportunity for individuals looking to gain practical experience in data exploration, statistical analysis, and reporting. As an intern, you will work closely with our Service Delivery managment team to support various projects, evaluate performance of our services, and assist in generating insightful reports.




Key responsibilities:





Strategic Insights: Leveraging Generative AI for Performance Analysis and Decision Making





  • Assist Domain Experts in conducting data exploration across a fleet of systems, identifying trends, patterns, and insights using Generative AI.

  • Collaborate with team members to create progress reports for specific projects, applying basic statistical techniques to present findings accurately and efficiently.

  • Analyze Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance data to guide strategic decisions, aligning with the "Own Your Results" competency by taking accountability and exercising good judgment.


Customer-Centric Innovations: Enhancing the Customer Experience through Innovative Solutions





  • Develop innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience by leveraging Generative AI technologies.

  • Analyze renewal rates and evaluate product performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for enhancing customer satisfaction.

  • Conduct surveys by developing questionnaires and distributing them to relevant customers/collaborators.

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret survey results, ensuring accurate reporting and highlighting key insights.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights, aligning with the "Put the Customer First" competency by maintaining a customer-centric mindset.



Desired qualifications:






  • University student (bachelor's or master's).

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

  • Willingness to learn, great work ethic.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis software.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Good command of English, both spoken and written.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in California is $21.50-$26.50.
