The Speech Program is responsible for training students in oral communication, from public speaking to interpersonal relationships. We are interested in the performance, analysis, and research of communication practices as we teach students to navigate an increasingly multimodal communication environment.
The Speech Program at William & Mary is recruiting a pool of persons for possible part-time Speech Practitioner adjunct positions. This pool will be accessed when an opening arises. Speech Practitioners will teach working group sessions of the Practitioner Program speech class, which bring students into contact with experienced professionals with expertise in communication.
