Our client, a dynamic and mission-driven organization, is seeking a direct hire Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to join their team!
About the Job:
Handle the day-to-day strategy and execution of all social media campaigns.
Compose/create the content for all social media posts.
Collaborate across departments to develop social media and digital marketing campaigns to achieve goals within budget.
Manage all aspects of paid digital advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness.
Create and maintain content calendars for all campaigns.
About You:
5+ years of hands-on social media management and digital marketing experience.
A bachelor's degree in marketing or communications is required.
Experience working for an association is highly desired.
Proficiencies in social media platforms/software, PMS, and office software are required.
Strong strategy, execution, and communications skills while meeting tight deadlines.
About the Position:
$80K-$85K, depending on experience.
Hybrid schedule with 3 days/week onsite in the Washington, DC office.
