Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for the development and expansion of the Fernox Business. The RSM will be responsible for the creation of awareness for water treatment in the domestic, commercial and renewable heating market. As a RSM you will be assisting in opening markets outside of current areas of operation by developing strategies then launching and selling products. You will be developing positive working relationships with key members of team!

What will you be doing?

  • Promote Water Treatment Culture: Establish Fernox as the go-to brand for chemicals like glycols and filters in target markets.

  • Build Relationships: Forge strong connections with major distributors, merchants, and OEMs to enhance market penetration.

  • Expand Renewable Offerings: Innovate and promote Fernox products for renewable energy applications, focusing on geothermal, solar, and heat pumps.

  • Explore New Applications: Introduce Fernox chemicals and filters to new areas, such as chillers.

  • Align Sales Strategies: Ensure sales strategies align with Fernox's overall business goals, optimizing resource use while setting realistic support demands.

  • Forecasting and Supply Management: Provide accurate forecasts to help minimize costs and ensure product availability.

  • Market Differentiation: Work with the Sales Director and Product Management to devise strategies for new markets, aligning support with potential returns.

  • Market Assessment: Continuously evaluate the market landscape for new sales growth opportunities among prospects and existing customers.

  • Team Support: Collaborate with other members of the Fernox America sales team as needed.

  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain timely and accurate records, including call plans and monthly reports, and manage sales forecasts and budgets through Atlas.

  • Feedback Loop: Collect and share insights on customer development, competitor activity, and product performance to inform sales and marketing strategies.

Who are You?

  • Bachelor's degree or related work experience
  • Microsoft Office (mid-level skills):
    • Excel
    • PowerPoint
    • Word
  • Salesforce experience
