Job Purpose
The LPM Financial Analyst provides quantitative, analytical and research support to the lease portfolio strategic initiative. This position manages and facilitates data and information exchanges with management, clients, and various internal departments. It includes project management responsibilities for various leasing related projects across all Holman businesses. This role includes significant interaction with internal departments including credit, collections, accounting and systems/technology. This is an opportunity to develop new, impactful analytics with very high visibility to the organization's leadership team.
Principal Purpose of Position:
Act as a central point of contact for IT, sales, vehicle remarketing, client relations, accounting, finance, and billing departments; ensure smooth information exchange and collaboration across these areas.
Gather updates from various departments within the company and consolidate them into coherent reports or presentations.
Perform quantitative and qualitative research as needed; prepare reports and presentations for management use, providing insights and recommendations based on analysis.
Utilize internal and external data sources to analyze client performance and behavior; provide actionable insights to support decision-making related to lease portfolio management.
Assist with analyzing lease portfolio expansion opportunities; evaluate potential opportunities for portfolio growth based on market trends, client needs, and strategic objectives.
Manage the Request for Proposal (RFP) process from clients, including developing initial responses and recommending strategies for cost savings and revenue growth.
Develop sophisticated financial models that can accommodate various funding products and scenarios. These models should support strategic decision-making and forecasting.
Create and maintain lease dashboards that monitor key portfolio metrics and performance indicators across different jurisdictions. These dashboards should provide real-time insights to support proactive management.
Contribute to the organization's knowledge base by preparing and reviewing articles related to leasing, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned
Education and/or Training:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field of equivalent work experience
Additional education, certifications, or other distinctions are a plus
Proficient in financial analysis tools (such as Excel, financial modeling software), database querying (SQL), and dashboarding tools (Tableau, Power BI) preferred
Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint, etc.)
Relevant Work Experience:
2+ years' experience in financial analysis roles
Experience in managing projects, particularly in a cross-functional environment involving IT, sales, client relations, and finance
Proven experience in conducting ad-hoc research, preparing detailed reports, and creating presentations for management
Experience in client-facing roles or managing the RFP process preferred
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, including building adaptable models for different funding products and scenarios
Familiarity with leasing industry practices, lease accounting standards (such as ASC 842), and regulatory requirements
Breadth and depth of expertise in a technical or functional area; knowledge of work processes and tools is generally limited to own area of responsibility or department
Collecting and analyzing raw data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and other helpful information
Reviewing and improving analytics processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency, accuracy, and security

Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $56,400.00 - $81,775.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
