Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience with CNC machining.
Experience with Microsoft Office products.
Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Syteline and/or QAD
Experience in CAD software, preferably in Solidworks.
Knowledgeable in blueprint reading and GD&T
Knowledge of material science and stress/strain analysis desirable

Preferred Qualifications:
Prefer the bachelor's degree is in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
5- 7 years of experience in Aerospace Manufacturing.

The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $95,000.This role will provide engineering support for ongoing and new operations by performing the following duties.
Provide support to migrate Syteline to QAD System ERP systems.
Set up and change bill of materials and/or manufacturing methods.
Determine production output and cost of various manufacturing operations.
Complete engineer change requests (ECR).
Collaborate with various functional areas within engineering, manufacturing, and quality.
Determine most efficient and cost-effective manufacturing methods.
Perform quoting/costing of new or existing product.
Understand various manufacturing processes to produce Aerospace fasteners.
Recommend and implement improvements and/or modifications in manufacturing sequences of operations.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing theories, methodologies, standards, and tools.
Provide engineering and/or technical support to other manufacturing sites as required.
Participate in cost reduction continuous improvement projects
Provide manufacturing support, including weekend and second shift coverage at month end. Working hours may exceed a 40-hour week as required.
Support and participate in internal audits, and other audits such as AS9100.
