Paragon Systems is currently hiring a Site Manager to support our CIFSO Mississippi contract. Any interested candidates must be individuals of unquestionable integrity who display a mature attitude and exercise good judgment. The Site Manager must ensure the effective, efficient, and accurate operations of the following:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Handle the day-to-day operation of assigned guard force in assigned area, ensuring all contractual requirements are met.
Schedule personnel to minimize overtime.
Ensure that posts are staffed and provide direct supervision of Protective Security Officers (PSOs).
Maintain order and discipline of PSOs in accordance with established Rules of Personal Conduct and contractual agreements.
Ensure that officers have appropriate uniforms and equipment.
Stand post when necessary.
Other duties as assigned.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be a U.S. Citizen and read, write, and speak English.
Must have either 3 years of Security experience, Military (active duty or Reserve) experience, National Guard experience, or successful completion of Police Officer's Standard Training (POST) course.
Must have supervisor and conflict management skills (problem-solving skills, good written and verbal communication skills).
Ability to use a computer is a MUST.
2 years of successful experience in field supervision (civilian community law enforcement, military service, or commercial/industrial security guard service).
Must pass a very demanding physical fitness test.

Wage for this position is $87,173.00

The paid leave for full time employees is from 80-160 hours / year based on longevity in the position, and sick leave is a minimum of 48 hours per year for a full-time employee.
