Kforce has a client that is seeking a Data Analyst in Charlotte, NC.

Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Data Analyst with strong skills in Python and SQL to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for rewriting and optimizing Python scripts for data alignment tasks, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of outputs between AC360 and MAD systems. This role involves running scripts, conducting thorough testing, and validating user access during migration from on-premises to cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analyst will rewrite and optimize existing Python scripts for data alignment


• Execute Python scripts to compare outputs from AC360 and MAD, ensuring they match


• Conduct testing on migrated data to verify user access consistency from on-premises to cloud systems


• As a Data Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies


• Document processes and maintain clear records of testing and validation results

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency in Python programming, with experience in data manipulation and scripting


• Strong SQL skills for querying and managing databases


• Familiarity with data migration processes and cloud environments


• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
